Controlling your personal information

As a valued current and/or future customer, we have/will have information relating to you and/or your company in our quote & ordering system as well as digital artwork files in our production systems that relates specifically to your organisation. The information may include any of the following:

• Name

• Contact details for you and your representatives (email addresses, phone numbers, delivery addresses etc. )

• Company details (registration and TVA/VAT numbers etc)

• Vessel details including TI  (Temporary Importation) details 

• Previous and current quotes, orders, invoices, delivery notes and shipment details

• Previous and current artwork as well as Sea Design modified items

Our Policies

 

Name & Contact information

Your contact details are safe with us. We will only use these details to contact you for the purpose of our direct business collaboration. We will send you a separate email in regards to our offers & news and you can subscribe or decline and you will not longer receive such emails. We will never supply your contact details to a third party for the purpose of marketing.

 

We will keep such information on record. Order & Invoices will stay in our systems as it is legally binding. You have the right to at any time ask us to delete any information that we are not obliged to keep for legal or tax reasons.

 

Banking details

Bank cards - We will not keep your bank card details on record and for your own safety we ask you kindly to not include these in email / or other correspondence. Any details received via email will be immediately deleted from our system. We can issue card payments over the phone but will not keep record of any details.  We utilise a third party payment processor whom maintains a secures system. When we enter your credit card details, we are given the option to store the details (in the third parties system) for future charges. We DO NOT have access to the card details once they are entered into the system, only the option to create payments in the future. If you don’t want your card details stored in this way, you will be given the option to opt out at the time of payment. We do not write down credit card details for processing at a later time - all card details must be entered into the payment providers system immediately.

 

Banking details for transfers from us - If we require your bank details, we will enter your account details into our bank's system and delete the information from our system. 

 

Artwork

We will use logos, graphics and images supplied by our customers and will edit those into digital files that may be used in production of embroidery, vinyl/transfer application, sublimation DTG-printing (Direct to Garment) and / or screen printing for the production of said customer’s garments. Any artwork supplied by the customer remains the customers property. We may at times send supplied artwork to be digitised by a subcontractor. Any Sea Design modified branded artwork (including minor alterations to more elaborate designs) remains the property of Sea Design, however, may only used for the specific Sea Design production ordered by said client or representative.  Such modified artwork may be released to the customer for other production outside Sea Design for a fee covering design time.

For any of the above you have the right to ask for any information that relates to you or your company and we will acknowledge the receipt of your request within one week and assign you a case number. We will respond to your request within one month but aim to deal with your case within a week. Please note that we may request identification and verification that you are authorised by your organisation to access the data.
